Ambassador Program Terms
Here’s the full list of terms and conditions for the Kobi Ambassador Program:
- Commissions are only earned for purchases made directly on the Kobi website (www.wearekobi.com). If the referred customer chooses to purchase from another store or marketplace, a commission will not be earned.
- Commissions are only earned when the referred customer is a new Kobi customer (i.e., they haven’t purchased from our website before). But once that new customer has made their first purchase, the Ambassador shall earn commissions on all purchases made by that customer for a period of 6 months. After 6 months have elapsed, commissions will not longer be earned for that customer.
- In the event of a referred customer purchasing a product subscription, a commission fee will be paid to the Ambassador for just the first payment of that subscription.
- Commissions are earned on all items in the Kobi Store, regardless of price or sale status.
- Commissions are earned on transactions of any value. There is no minimum order size requirement.
- Discounts, taxes, and shipping fees are excluded from the commission fee calculation.
- When using a unique link instead of a code, in order for the Ambassador to earn a commission fee on a transaction the referred customer must have completed that transaction within 90 days of first clicking on the Ambassador’s unique link (i.e., 90-day cookie lifespan).
- A referred customer may use the ambassador’s unique discount code up to 3 times. For any subsequent purchases, the discount will not be applied.
- Ambassadors are entitled to a 15% discount on every purchase they make themselves, but they will not earn a commission on these purchases.
- Commissions become eligible for payout 14 days after the transaction date.
- In the event that a referred customer’s order is refunded, the Ambassador’s earned commission for that sale will be deducted from their account balance.
