Kobi Website Return Policy: If after speaking with our support team you’re still unsatisfied with your Kobi products and/or experience, you may return the item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Amazon/Walmart Return Policy: If you purchased your Kobi product via an online marketplace, you may still reach out to us via the form below for support. However, if you simply wish to return your item, please refer to the return policy and process of the marketplace from which you purchased the product.
